What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa. Flexible payment options are also available through Klarna and Clearpay, allowing you to split payments where eligible. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems.

How is shipping handled?

We offer tracked shipping within the United Kingdom and internationally.

  • All orders are processed within the stated handling times on the product page

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier services.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email orders@nibystudio.co.uk with:

  • Clear photographs of the damage

  • Images of the packaging

  • Your order details

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Are commissions refundable?

Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and begin the work.

  • This deposit covers time, planning, and initial creative development

  • If you decide not to proceed after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded

  • Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be partially refundable depending on the stage of completion, at our discretion

If you wish to cancel or discuss your commission, please contact orders@nibystudio.co.uk as soon as possible.

How long does it take to receive a response?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–4 business days.

Response times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, releases, or holidays. All messages are handled in order of receipt.

Additional Information
  • All artworks are sold as collectible pieces and are not mass-produced items

  • Limited edition prints will not be restocked once sold out

  • Original works are one-of-one and cannot be replicated
