Refund policy

Introduction

Original works are one-of-one pieces and may form part of a wider conceptual series. Due to their unique and non-replicable nature, all original artwork sales are considered final.

Limited edition prints are produced in strictly controlled quantities. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced or restocked. This ensures the integrity, rarity, and long-term value of each piece.

Each piece is released with intention—prioritising quality, scarcity, and longevity over volume. This policy reflects the nature of fine art as a collectible asset rather than a mass-produced product.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refunds & exchanges

  • All sales are final for both original artworks and limited edition prints

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind

Damaged or incorrect items

Returns or replacements are only offered under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit

  • The incorrect item was received

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@nibystudio.co.uk

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including packaging

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable

Once the issue is verified, a replacement (if available) or refund will be arranged.

Shipping responsibility

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective, archival materials to minimise risk during transit. However, once shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

For high-value original works and prints, fully tracked and insured shipping is required to ensure appropriate coverage.
