• Processing Time: 5–15 working days

• Customs & duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges

Packaging

• Shipped flat only (never rolled) to preserve surface integrity

• Protected with glassine paper to prevent smudging

• Reinforced with rigid boards and archival materials

• Outer packaging designed to prevent bending or pressure damage

• All sales are final

• Returns only accepted for damaged or incorrect items

• Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 

Due to the nature of cotton paper:

• Always frame behind UV-protective glass if possible 

• Use a mount/mat board to prevent the artwork touching the glass surface

• Avoid direct contact with the artwork surface

• Keep away from high humidity and direct sunlight

Although the artwork is sealed with fixative, this does not fully protect against the sun damage. Proper framing is essential to preserve the piece in its original condition.
